• 3 engineers for printer repair
• 3 engineers for mechanical equipment and POS
• 2 engineers for UPS Systems
• 5 engineers for consumer electronics
• 8 call agents for RMA-Hotline (in extern 1st Level Callcenter)
• 10 call agents 1st and 2nd Level for helpdesk and service hotline
• 2 support engineers for Helpdesk services
• 15 employees in the logistic management incl. pool management & warehousing
• 500 square-meters administration
• 1500 square-meters repair-center / workshop
• 1000 square-meters LCD repair-centre
• 3000 square-meters warehouse
